In light of the city-wide safety precautions and preventive measures taken by the City to contain the spread of COVID-19, we want to ensure we are doing our part to help the community. As housing is essential, and there are going to be many real estate transactions that will continue to proceed, here are some of the measures we are taking to ensure your home buying experience is safe:

– Having hand soap and paper towel, along with disinfecting cleaner with us to allow buyers to wash up before and after showings

– Reducing the number of people attending showings (just the decision makers please)

– Maintaining communication with other Realtors to uphold the standards we are setting by monitoring their clients and conducting business in a preventative method

– Keeping social distance (no hand shakes or hugs)

– Conducting offer presentations and signing sessions electronically

– Offering virtual showings to buyers

Precautions are the best course of prevention. We want to ensure that the vital service of real estate transactions can continue in a safe manner. Here are some things you can do to prepare for showings:

– Only bring along the essential people to your showing

– Come equipped with hand sanitize and avoid touching any surfaces in the home including lights and doors

– Ask us for a virtual showing (Face-Time, Skype) if there is a home you would like to see but are not comfortable leaving your home

– Do not attend any showings if you, or any one in your household, are exhibiting flu-like symptoms or have been out of country in the last 2 weeks

By taking these preventative measures, we are doing our part to protect the community and reduce the risk of transmission. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, we are here for you.
